May 25, 1902. My dearest little daddykins, The checks came all right, and Mrs Whitlock is the happy possessor of the one for twenty seven dollars. I am just awfully sorry you have had the rose fever so hard this year, but you won’t have it much longer now I guess. I haven’t been doing much but studying lately. Yesterday afternoon Grace Norcross and I rowed on the lake for a while, and last night Polly and Cerene and Grace and I sat out on the front porch till after ten singing and playing on combs to the great delight doubtless of Mr Gon, the professor of music, who lives across the street. To day it is as hot as the infernal regions and muggy and cloudy, bit poor little we’uns have to go to church just the same. Well I haven’t time for any more before church so bye bye Oceans of love Peg Money POUGHKEEPSIE MAY 25 6P 1902 N.Y. Mr Joseph P Shipp 1010 N. Delaware St Indianapolis Indiana INDIANAPOLIS. IND.
