Thursday AM. Dearest May Louise Eloise is coming this afternoon! I’ll take her for a drive -- it’s a gorgeous day -- then for a cup of tea at Miss Mann’s, then Rudge is going to give her a dinner party at Smiths -- Ruth, Eloise, Betty and myself. Tonight we’re going to have a party in our room -- it’s a good thing that I only have one Class on Friday. I don’t know how long E will stay -- she didn’t say. Wish I were going to be at home for her coming-out party on the 23rd. Mrs Kendrick had our table to dinner with her last night. She is such a charming hostess, the dinner was so good and so dainty. We sat at a round table decorated with lovely pink roses. I have to go to class now, so farewell until later. I can’t wait till 2.45 when Edio arrives. Isn’t it lovely of Mrs Hannah to do so much for her and for Lois and Ruth Slews of love Peg POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. NOV 17 130PM 1904 POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.
