Biographical Note

Paul Russell is Professor of English at Vassar College. He is the author of several acclaimeed novels, including The Salt Point (1991), Boys of Life (1992), The Coming Storm (1999), and The Unreal Life of Sergey Nabokov (2011), as well as the non-fiction work, The Gay 100 : a Ranking of the Most Influential Gay Men and Lesbians, Past and Present (1995). He received an AB from Oberlin College, and an MFA, MA, and PhD from Cornell University.
