Dear Professor Einstein,
The Hutten Street Realty Corporation, our new real estate company, has, in the meantime, gotten past the necessary formalities and is now a functioning entity. The minutes of the so-called first meeting of the company’s directors have been sent to me. There is nothing for you to do in this matter at the moment. I shall attend to the details as required.
I instructed the attorney to approach Zurich again about a response to our detailed letter on the building management and settling of accounts. This latest notification was issued about one week ago.
I was sorry that I could not listen to you on Sunday and that I could not speak with you. I hope that I can make up for it soon.

Die Huttenstrasse Realty Corporation, unsere neue Grundstuecksgesellschaft, hat inzwischen die notwendigen Formalien hinter sich gebracht und ist jetzt ein funktionierendes Wesen. Die Aufzeichnungen ueber die sogenannte erste Sitzung der Direktoren der Gesellschaft sind mir uebersandt worden. Fuer Sie ist in dieser Angelegenheit im Augenblick nichts zu tun; ich werde, soweit erforderlich, Einzelheiten erledigen.
Ich habe den Anwalt veranlasst, nochmals Zuerich wegen einer Antwort auf unseren ausfuehrlichen Brief ueber die Hausverwaltung und Abrechnung anzugehen. Diese neueste Mahnung ist vor ungefaehr einer Woche abgegangen.
Es war mir leid, dass ich Sie am Sonntag nicht hoeren und dass ich nicht mit Ihnen sprechen konnte. Ich hoffe, dass ich das bald nachholen kann.
