Professor Albert Einstein
112 Mercer St.
Princeton, N. J.

Dear Professor Einstein:

The International Relief Association, in its new orientation for the aid of political prisoners and their families inside of fascist countries, has established an Ossietsky Fund. It will fight not only for the aid and liberation of Carl von Ossietsky but for all political prisoners.
We must stave off the hunger and misery these brave fighters are confronted with. Can you help us further the Ossietsky cause among your friends and acquaintances?
Sincerely yours,
Charles A. Beard
