Dear Professor Einstein,

I am enclosing a letter which I have received from the Princeton Bank and Trust Co. I am also sending you copy of my answer and an affidavit which the bank has drafted and which I suggest that you sign and send back to the Princeton bank. Your signature must be made before a notary public, which could be done conveniently in the office of the bank with Mr. Stults. The affidavit is necessary to claim exemption of inheritance tax for the cash amount left jointly in your name and that of your wife.
With kindest regards, I am
Sincerely yours,
Otto Nathan
