Poughkeepsie February 13, 1863 Miss Grace D. Dickinson Dear Madam In reply to your note of the 9th current I would inform you that our College Edifice will not be completed and ready for opening before Sept 1864 instead of 63 as your letter states. I enclose you by this mail all that has been published regarding the Institution excepting numerous artifacts from the pens of unknown authors The pamphlet containing the proceedings of the first Board of Trustees, and an article by the Revd.
