The Kansas Legislature has just had a fool of a bill presented by Hackney to take the municipal vote away from the women. Of course I do not expect it will go through the legislature,but he is such a fool as to present it, and the "Capital" seems to think that woman suffrage in the cities is productive of a great deal of harm. Mexico - saying the Club there were going to celebrate my birthday - The Territories are going ahead splendidly.
