Dear Madam, Yours of the 15th current is before me. The Meeting of the Board referred to in the Independent is not in reference to the practical operation of the Institution, but only in regard to the completion of the building which we hope to have finished and furnished and open ready for pupils by October next.
The regular annual of the Board takes place on the 30 June proximo, soon after which catalogues will be distributed giving the public all the necessary information regarding the (…) process of the college &c.
I will place your letter on file to be referred to again as soon as we can distribute the day of opening & inform you-
