Dear Professor Einstein,
Enclosed is the draft letter to Zurich. I find it is correct. Please let me know through Miss Dukas whether in your opinion it can go out as is. I assume that you want to inform your former wife about the content such that your letter arrives before the lawyer’s communication, so that she knows that the formalities must be adhered to after the sale of the building.

Cordial thanks. Compensation for the management must naturally be included in the power of attorney for Mrs. Mileva, and should be fixed at the customary rate. 
I don’t know in what form the money from the building should be forwarded to Mileva without jeopardizing the will and without the creditor mortgagees being able to wangle it out of Mileva. Perhaps Miss Dukas or my sister could send it to Tetel. There is a similar danger regarding the compensation for the management. Perhaps that management fee could also be paid to Tetel.
