Dear Nathan,
I noticed that the power of attorney covers all possibilities of assuming responsibility. Yet I am in favor of issuing the power of attorney in this form, as we have no way of preventing the levying of charges by the Swiss authorities anyway. When we find it isn’t worth continuing this business anymore, we can always let it go up in smoke. I’m of the opinion that it will probably also come to that.
