Dear Professor Einstein,
The Hutten Street Realty Corporation, our new real estate company, has, in the meantime, gotten past the necessary formalities and is now a functioning entity. The minutes of the so-called first meeting of the company’s directors have been sent to me. There is nothing for you to do in this matter at the moment. I shall attend to the details as required.
I instructed the attorney to approach Zurich again about a response to our detailed letter on the building management and settling of accounts. This latest notification was issued about one week ago. 
I was sorry that I could not listen to you on Sunday and that I could not speak with you. I hope that I can make up for it soon.
