Mr. Morrison has just Returned. I have seen him, but cannot prevail upon him to hire out. I wish you to assist Joel in the appraisal of the Cattle as he is unacquainted with the People in your Quarter, and will have the choosing of one Apprisor on which much depends. We have made search in the Office, and there is no such name on the Files as you mentioned in your letter.
