ARCH LP12"-19 accompanied by a portion of original inner sleeve containing composer and title information in pencil, and by a slip of paper with a pencilled note: Dorothy Lamb's Nightingale if Mrs. Wislack calls about it. J[im] C[oover] 7/31/67. ARCH LP10"-14: Side 1, Band 1 is scribbled over with red grease pencil but content is clearly audible, consisting of approximately 3 min. of the beginning of the theme music from the film "Gone with the wind." Side 2 is blank. Accompanied by a slip of paper containing composer, title, and performer information, including year of performance. Also accompanied by a portion of the original inner sleeve with pencilled notation: D. Lamb Nightingale Record 2
