Dear Sir
In reply to your letter of 8th Inst: I may briefly
remark that the College will not be opened for reception of
pupils until the 1 Septbre. 1865, but Circulars will be issued in
the course of the present month giving the Public all the required
informations
Will send you a Circular as soon as issued.
