Dear Mother, Father, and Pete:
Questions and answers:--I haven't gotten the shoes yet. The tennis shoes are fine, except that they need tightening in the heels.
I certainly prefer sleeping in my room unless the noise drives me out, as it must be impossibly hot and stuffy in the third floor, and I have always considered the airiness of my room the best part of it. However, if the noise is too bad I suppose the only thing to do is to sleep three, in which case if Pete's bed is more comfortable than the other, I certainly prefer Pete's. I can't see why he should have the noise any more than I.
Am enclosing a Commencement calendar. Go to all you are eligible for. I'll take care of the rest of the family and can be with everybody every meal but Tuesday night, when we have oure[sic] farewell dinner. How in the dickens do you "get invited" to a trustees' luncheon?
