Telegramcame — whoopee! I can’t wait for the letter. I couldn’t write yesterday P.M. for I was too busy with the play and to day I didn’t get up till just in time to snatch a bite, dress, and get to church. Then I had guests to dinner and we’ve been serving tea this afternoon — so, you see that I’ve had no time till now,
But maybe I haven’t been just popping for joy! You’ll come pretty soon now won’t you? You ought to be here for two weeks anyway and Senior Vacation begins May 31st so you’d better come then and stay till the sixteenth. How is my Commencement gown getting [along] — yes I think organdie will be better than silk for it. Mrs Underhill was up for the play and I played with her for a while this afternoon. She is going to
have Kat and Betty as well as me to visit — won’t it be larks! And all of us will do the Kent-[Bridgeport] stunt too! Send my revised Commencement invitation list to me pretty soon won’t you?
I’ll tell you about the play some other time — I’m too tired to think just at present. But I ain’t too tired but what I can be glad all the same — and the telegram is on the desk right here by me!
Slews of love
Peg.
