Dear Mother, Father, and Pete:

I am going to see if I cannot type a letter without any mistakes even though I am going fast. I am getting entirely too careless. That is pretty good--only two mistakes.

I am going over to Main to eat with Carolym Baily tonight. I mispelled her name, but that does not count. I suppose I will come back feeling dumb and dull, because she is so wonderful and I will naturally start "Woe is me"ing.

I started my history topic yesterday. It is on the Philadelphia convention. It is not progressing any too rapidly.

I have a Spanish conference tomorrow morning.

Otherwise there is nothing new, except that I got no mail today.

Love,

Fannie
