Since I wrote Helen on Friday, there isn’t much news. I went and saw Mary Friday afternoon - I think I wrote you she was in the Infirmary - and Friday evening I went to a nice playful sewing party at Ecce Rea’s over in Strong where we had luscious fruit salad, and chocolate and whipped cream for eats. I liked the rest of the “company” and so I enjoyed myself muchly. Saturday noon I went over to see Mary again, and found Katharine Taylor also reposing in the parlor, and waiting to be “let out!” I came back again for Mary at about three, and took her for a grand long ride in the wheelchair - all around the quadrangle and down by the chapel. I had more fun than a little, and felt so important wheeling “our invalid.” Her
