saw a barn which sheltered the horses of officers in the war of 1812. Yesterday Mr and Mrs Charles Robbins came over to see us, they are still at the Mooreland. Mr Coffin and the Spanns + Jamesons came to take us out sailing this afternoon but sis didn’t feel very well so we didn’t go. Your letter was fine daddy and we were awfully glad to get it
